We ship locally in Thailand with Kerry Express or Thailand Post, and worldwide with DHL. If you are unsure whether DHL ships to your country please consult their website and rates.

We provide FREE Express shipping in Thailand that takes 1-3 business days and FREE International shipping on orders over 20,000 THB that takes 3-5 business days.

All other orders will be dependent on location. Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and pack your order. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Thailand.

We offer FREE Express shipping on all orders made in Thailand and FREE International shipping on orders over 20,000 THB. For International orders under that amount: your personalised rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We are partnered with OPN and accept Credit Card, Debit Card, PromptPay, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking payments.

All orders will be shipped DDU (Duties Unpaid) and customers are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes incurred in your order. If you require more information please contact your local customs office or our International courier DHL.

Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Each product undergoes quality control and is individually inspected before shipping to ensure perfect conditions, excluding defects. Consequently, Wichuda Co., Ltd. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they meet the conditions specified in the Return Policy published on this Website.

No size exchanges are allowed for any reason. Please ensure you have entered the correct address at checkout. 

We cannot take responsibility for lost and stolen parcels. Please directly contact our local couriers in Thailand, Kerry Express or Thailand Post, and our International courier, DHL, to open an investigation and submit a claim. However, they recommend waiting fourteen (14) days before assuming a package is lost. Have your order and tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date assistance.

We do not accept returns, exchange and refund unless they meet the conditions specified in the Return Policy published on this Website.. No size exchanges are allowed for any reason, so please make sure you have read our size guide in detail as well as any other query in our FAQs including Import Tax and Duties for your destination country. 

Returns and exchange will only be accepted in the exception that you have received a faulty or incorrect item or when it is evident that products were damaged during shipping due to reasons unrelated to the Customer’s liability. 

Refunds are possible only if products become suddenly unavailable after order placement, or in the case of returned products that are no longer in stock.

All our items are checked individually before being presented for sale and shipped. However, in the rare occurrence that you have received a faulty item with manufacturing issues or an incorrect item please contact us at info@wichudafashion.com alongside images.

Please consult our size guide below to find the best fit. We follow standard manufacturing sizing but please note sizes run large and we recommended sizing down one.

Please note we are unable to provide exchanges for sizes and recommend consulting our size guide in detail or contacting our Customer Service team before placing your order. 

To take care of your WICHUDA pieces to extend their lifetime please hand wash or machine wash cold at 20 degrees. Do not tumble dry, steam or iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

All our items are made mainly sustainably and all our fabrics are tested by OEKO-TEX Standard 100 to prevent the presence of any harmful or toxic components.
