Return Policy
1. Purpose of the Return Policy
The purpose of Wichuda Co., Ltd. (the “Provider” or the “Vendor”) is to ensure Consumer’s satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact the Provider at info@wichudafashion.com or send correspondence to Wichuda Co., Ltd. Head Office, 36/44 Moo. 2, Koh Kaew Muang, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
Each product undergoes quality control and is individually inspected by the Provider before shipping to ensure perfect conditions, excluding defects. Consequently, the Provider does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they meet the conditions specified in this Return Policy.
2. Return and Exchange Eligibility
The Provider will accept returns, exchanges or refunds when it is evident that products were damaged during shipping due to reasons unrelated to the Consumer’s liability. No size exchanges are allowed for any reason.
3. Return and Exchange or Refund Process
Consumers may apply for a return and exchange or refund of purchased products by sending a letter within seven (7) days from receiving the products. Consumers must provide unquestionable evidence of shipping-related damage, unrelated to the Consumer’s liability.
If the Provider accepts the return of damaged products, Consumer must return the products within seven (7) days from the date of acceptance, using the shipping company specified by the Provider at own expenses.
Once the product is returned, the Provider will process the exchange or refund if specific conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted correctly within seven (7) days of acceptance via email or mail.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The identification tag is still attached.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- Products from a single order are returned in a single shipment.
If all the conditions mentioned above are cumulatively met, the Provider will proceed with the exchange or refund of the full purchase price.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within fifteen (15) days from the date of acceptance. The refund time depends on the payment method used.
